Hello! We are looking for an Investment Consultant to join Bali Invest Agency. The key task is to ensure high-quality processing of existing leads, providing consultations and presentations to clients on real estate investments, and making sales in accordance with company’s standards.

- Bali Invest Agency is an investment company, an expert in investing in the best real estate projects in Bali. Leads from all over the world can receive a personalized offer for living or passive income remotely or directly in Bali: clear, safe, and manageable.
- Market. The focus at first is on the following regions: North America, Europe, Australia, and Indonesia.
- Clients: entrepreneurs, freelancers, investors, wealthy retirees.
What do you have to do?
- Lead Management: Promptly processing of new incoming leads according to standards, conversion of leads into negotiations.
- Client Communication: conducting online and offline talks and negotiations with investors, identifying their needs.
- Manage property presentation: online and offline presentation of land plots, construction, and finished projects by the offer.
- Organizing the deal closing: Agreeing on the terms of the deal with the client and colleagues, organizing the signing of the contract.
- CRM Utilization: Use the CRM system to plan and record all actions and results effectively.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 local time in Bali.
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday are days off.
Office location: Jalan raya sanggingan no 36 Kel. Kedewatan, Kec. Ubud, Kab. Gianyar, Bali. We consider the hybrid form of work too.
Why you?
- Language Proficiency:
English at a B2/C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Experience:
Proven experience with real estate, with understanding of the real estate market in Bali.
Proven experience conducting online and offline presentations. Experience working with CRM tools is advantageous. - Soft Skills:
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skill, deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, analytical and strategic thinking, highly organized, responsible, and sociable, curiosity and problem-solving abilities are essential.
