 The job requirements are:

  • Мanaging individual sales interactions; 
  • Attracting new clients;
  • Conducting analysis of the target market;
  • Participating in the development of the company's strategy;
  • Developing and planning the sales department's growth;
  • Recruiting sales department team members;
  • Ensuring the best possible cooperation between marketers and sales managers;
  • Selecting relevant conferences, forums, and other events to represent Intellectsoft;
  • Conducting negotiations, presentations, and speeches;
  • Developing KPIs;
  • Organizing and monitoring the smooth operations of the marketing and sales departments;
  • Establishing effective communication with other departments of the company.

Why you?

  • Experience. You have previous successful experience in sales of IT outsourcing services;
  • Hard skills. You have developed skills in individual sales. You are able to develop the sales department and establish close cooperation within company’s other teams;
  • Soft skills.  Proactivity, results orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to speak to large audiences, and good presentation skills;
  • Business. You are interested in business, including marketing, sales, finance, production, innovative technologies, etc;
  • Language. Fluency in English.
