Business Analyst at White Sales

Hello! We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our White Sales team. The key task is to develop the necessary habits and skills of the client's team, create a tool for managing client`s sales, and enhance the predicted results of clients.

White Sales is a sales management consulting company founded in 2009 in Kyiv.

Business areas:

  • Consulting. We systematize all processes, automate the entire customer journey, and evolve team skills.
  • Recruiting. We are looking for sales managers and sales-related jobs.
  • Training. We teach sales and sales management within our own school, “Bagazh” and EBA schools.

The markets  are Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. 

What do you need to do?


  • Monitoring the work of the client's team in the CRM system;
  • Listening to calls, meetings, etc. 
  • Overseeing the team's actions in accordance with the established standards;
  • Providing recommendations for improving certain skills of specific client`s employees.


  • Building the architecture of the client's dashboard; 
  • Regular analysis of the final reports; 
  • Formation of investigation hypotheses in terms of  the reasons for deviations in performance; 
  • Providing recommendations for strengthening positive and leveling negative deviations of key sales indicators.
  • Building and calculating a motivation system for the client;
  • Building a structure of responsibility division in the client's team. 

Why you?

Experience. You have successful experience as a business analyst or a related position with similar competencies;

Hard skills. You have skills in Excel and building reports and recommendations. You have experience using cloud solutions: mail, calendar, drive, task managers;

Soft skills. You are able to competently conduct business correspondence and oral communication;

Business. You are interested in business: analytics, statistics, marketing, sales, finance, production, innovative technologies, etc;

Language. Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper Intermediate).

The main time of activity for most of the team is from 9-10 to 18-19 Kyiv time. There is an opportunity to work in a comfortable office in the Kooperativ workspace at 23A, Sichovykh Striltsiv Street (not far from Lvivska Square).

Tools. CRM: Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot (occasionally other CRMs), Looker, Power BI, ClikUp Task Manager, Google Workspace.
